A product-minded UX/UI designer who starts with the problem. I turn complex, messy flows into clear products people can actually use — owning the work from research and prototyping through polished UI and the details of shipping. At my best on small, collaborative SaaS teams.

Experience

  1. Feb 2026 – Present

    Associate UX/UI Designer · SalesAi

    • Shipped a full end-to-end app redesign — light to dark mode on a new design system — to production with no major user-facing issues, through daily PR review, QA testing, and same-day design fixes.
    • Designing the next version: rebuilding workflows to add an SMS channel for previously voice-only AI agents, leading discovery, AI-assisted prototyping, and internal user testing.
  2. Aug 2025 – Feb 2026

    UX/UI Designer Intern · SalesAi

    • Redesigned agent creation from an expert-only, scattered setup into one guided, self-serve flow where a single agent handles both inbound and outbound — reducing reliance on the support team.
    • Restructured AI-call workflows into a clear trigger → action → controls path, introducing a call-outcome router that branches on what happened on each call.
    • Designed the call-log "trust loop" (full transcript, audio, and threaded contact-activity history) so users can evaluate and continuously refine their agents.
    • Contributed to a reusable design system that sped up iteration across the product.
  3. Aug 2020 – Jan 2024

    UX Designer · ResponsiBid

    • First designer to touch the product; simplified the self-serve home-services bidding flow so more homeowners could complete a quote on their own.
    • Began the product's shift from a one-time "bid" to a schedulable "job," designing for two distinct users — homeowners and field technicians.

Education

  1. 2025

    Brigham Young University–Idaho

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design

  2. 2022

    Central Arizona College

    Associate's Degree

  3. 2024 – 25

    Full-time Volunteer · Church Service

Teaching & service · Colorado and Arizona

Built the habits of listening for what people actually need, simplifying complex ideas, and adapting to each person — the instincts I bring to UX.
